New inner regulations in the Bulgarian Trade register

At the latest until 1st of September the Registry agency shall start working in the legally stipulated term of 14 days.
The new regulations stipulate that the filed applications should be divided into three groups. The first one shall be for joint-stock company's applications together with state institution's announcing acts. The second group shall be for new registrations of limited liability companies and the third group shall be re-registration of entities, changes in their settings.
The Registry agency guarantees that there won't be any overtaking in the examination of applications. They shall be examined in order of their filing.
Instead of 90 clerks working in the Registry agency in the present moment there are 48 officials processing the filed applications. For the untaken positions the registry agency has announced a competition for filing autobiographies until the 2nd of July.With the amendment in the Trade Register Act the clerks' remunerations are increased to 1 328 BGN plus additional bonuses.
