The new Bulgarian Regulations on Condominium Management, Order and Supervision Act shall become enforceable from 1st of May, 2009

From 1st of May, 2009, the owners of more than 75 % ideal shares of the common parts of a building or cooperation are given the right to expel a neighbor, who periodically breaks the common order in the building. This apartment shall not be confiscated. The owner shall have the right to rent the apartment, but he shall not be allowed to live there.
According to the changes every owner shall be obliged to inform the municipality if there are other people living with him, regarding both quests and tenants.
The building manager shall collect the taxes for the repairs of the common parts, as well as the amounts for cleaning and maintenance. Books of the owners for every apartment building should be kept. In 15 days the house manager shall enter the names of every new owner or tenant. The pets shall also be entered in the book.
