Several business organizations united and founded a Public council for company registration to work together and try to improve the Trade register administration as announced yesterday by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce. Initiators and founders of the council are the American Chamber of Commerce, the Association of industrial capital in Bulgaria, the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce, the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bulgarian forum of business leaders and the Confederation of employers and industrialist in Bulgaria.

The members of the council got their idea from the minister of justice's opinion for revision of the Trade register Act. In its letter to the minister of justice the Public council declares its wish to be institutionalized with a certain change of the Trade register Act and also offer their own bill/project of the Trade register Act.

Enclosure to the bill the Public council adds a data inquiry amongst 114 users of the Trade register for the period between 7-18 February who rate its "work" as unsatisfying.
