Changes in the Trade Register Act shall ease the registration and re-registration procedures

The Government approved the bill of Change and Addition of the Trade register Act. It should elaborate some law provisions which shall ease the bureaucratic registry procedures. The bill represents proposals of employers' and business organizations as well as bar's, the Minister of Justice Miglena Tacheva announced. Appointing more officials is necessary for speeding the registry procedures. Other serious problem is removed - solicitors will be able to sign and file applications into the Registry agency without notary verification of their signature. A power of attorney shall be enough.
The reservation of a company name shall last to 6 months.
