In a statement of the present US ambassador in Bulgaria Ms Nancy Mc Eldowney said that relations between Bulgaria and the United States of America has never been better. She notes that it has been a huge a privilege to contribute for this result. Ms Mc Eldowney believes that in the upcoming weeks and months we will accelerate and broaden our cooperation. "I will never forget the warmth, hospitality and genuine friendship, which my family and I found in this beautiful country" she added. The strategic partnership encompasses every issue of importance to both countries' governments and people. From defense collaboration and reform to increased trade and energy security to educational exchanges and joint promotion of democratic principles and rule of law, Bulgaria and the United States of America stand together as allies and friends.
