The Parliament passed the amendments in the Bulgarian Trade Registry act

According to the already voted by the National assembly amendment a solicitor or authorized employee could file application for registration or for changes in the company on the manager's behalf. This was impossible before and company's managers should line up in person at the Registry agency.The passed on second reading amendments in the Trade Register Act stipulate that the Trade register is public and shall be at free disposal in internet. Applications shall be also filed electronically which will be cheaper than the regular procedure. The authorization should be through notarized signature of the manager or the owner of the company. According to the amendments passed today 25% of the paid taxes, fines, etc. under the Trade Register Act shall income as revenues in the Registry agency's budget. These recourses shall be used developing of the material base, increasing the qualification and stimulating
the employees.
