The European Commission shall decide whether to unblock the frozen financial resources for Bulgaria under the SAPARD program in a few weeks. The commission's spokesman for agricultural matters - Michael Man explained that during that time conclusions from the past week's audit mission shall be made. Auditors shall analyze their foundings and in a few weeks a final decision will be reached.Michael Man denied rumors that there are already some preliminary results or conclusions from the audit check. The Bulgarian director of "Agriculture" fund Dimitar Tadarakov announced that the refunding of the holdup payments under SAPARD program is a matter of few days. Meanwhile the spokesman for agricultural matters - Michael Man confirmed that if the audit results are positive the money funds may be unblocked even before the investigation's end. But if negative results from the audit check occur, not only the already blocked funding under SAPARD shall be stopped but probably and other agricultural money.
