43 Bulgarian acts shall be amended due to conflict of interests

With the amendments of the Administration Act the Bulgarian Government proposes 43 amendment in related acts so all stipulation can be harmonized with the new Act for detection and prevent of conflicts of interest. The act was passed in the end of the last year and shall enter into force on 01.01.2009.
In the amendments of the special legislative acts of ministries and departments there are even more circumstances pointing the conflict of interest as obstacle of taking a state position.
In one month term of the act entering into force the obliged by it persons must file a declaration for incompatibility.
