The new amendments in the Ellection of deputies in the European Parliament Act was passed in the Bulgarian Parliament

The mandate of the ellected for European Parliament Bulgarian representatives, who hold another public office, as the bulgarian Vice Prime Minister Ivaylo Kalfin, shall be terminated seven days before the actual start of the new session of the European Parliament. The amendment shall enter into force retroactively from the day on which the ellection in Bulgaria is concluded. Ellected candidates for Bulgarian representatives at the European Parliament, which currently hold another elected office, are the deputies in the Bulgarian Parliament Nadezhda Mihailova and Antonia Parvanova.
