What is the meaning of Architect’s drawings/designs according to the Bulgarian law?
“Architect’s drawings/designs” means the investment designs in their completeness, including drawings, an explanatory note, calculations, which are coordinated and approved by the competent authorities and in accordance to which the construction of the Development shall be performed.
