What is Force majeur?

“Force majeur” means an unforeseen and unpreventable event with extreme nature, which occurred after signing of this Agreement, including but not limited to natural disasters, state of war, bad weather conditions and other events with extreme nature, as well as suspension of construction works by state and/or municipality bodies or delay in the issuance of any official documents due to reasons outside of the Seller’s reach. The force majeur could be proved through a certificate issued by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
