The State Takings Agency becomes a part of the Bulgarian National Revenue Agency

All obligations and amenabilities according to gathering of all kinds of public takings, together with safe-keeping and sale of confiscated goods from the State Takings Agency now shall be transferred to the National Revenue Agency. The Government proposed and approved the additional amendments of the Tax-Insurance Procedure Code. The amendments must make the process for public takings integrated and whole in way to proceed with the reform in the income and tax administrations. The National Revenue Agency shall represent the state in insolvency proceedings and shall also gather private state takings and illegally acquired resources from euro funds. The bill foresees to extend the public takings' range.
